About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology) Surgeon
to join a high-performing surgical team in
regional Victoria
, just 90 minutes from central Melbourne.
This role provides an excellent blend of
public hospital ENT practice
and
high-demand private work
, allowing surgeons to build a full surgical caseload quickly while enjoying the lower cost of living and lifestyle benefits of regional Australia—without being far from a major capital city.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a full range of ENT services including adult and paediatric care
Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures
Participate in outpatient clinics, theatre lists, and on-call rosters
Work collaboratively with anaesthetics, oncology,



audiology & paediatric teams
Supervise registrars, trainees, and junior doctors
Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement & CME

Candidate Requirements
Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent)
Specialist qualification in ENT / Otolaryngology
(e.g.,
FRCS(ORL-HNS), American Board, Royal College of Canada, European Board, FRACS-equivalent
, or South African specialist credentials)
Eligible for
AHPRA Specialist Registration
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Experience across both adult and paediatric ENT surgery desirable
