About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about fleet management and looking for a role where you can make an impact?
Join us as a
National Fleet Administrator
, where you'll oversee the entire vehicle asset life cycle - from procurement to disposal, ensuring that our fleet is operationally and financially fit for purpose.
You'll work closely with suppliers and stakeholders, providing essential analytical and commercial support to the National Asset Manager.
This role offers the chance to lead business improvement initiatives, optimise fleet operations, and contribute to our ongoing success!
In this Role
Manage vehicle assets through procurement, maintenance and disposal
Provide data analysis and regular reporting to support cost reduction and decision-making
Ensure vehicles are fit for purpose and oversee the ordering and servicing process
Lead business improvement projects and benchmark business solutions
Build and main strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Monitor vehicle safety, maintenance, and infringements,



ensuring compliance with OHS practices
You're Likely a Match If
Experience in fleet management or administration
Exposure to truck operations is an advantage, though not essential
Strong planning, organisational, and problem‐solving capabilities
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Power BI is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships
A genuine commitment to improving safety and driving positive change
