Centre Leader
opportunity at our
newest Cheltenham dental centre
. Currently operating
2 dental chairs and growing quickly
, this is a fantastic chance to step into a leadership role where you can truly shape the future of the centre.
As Centre Leader, you'll be hands-on and people-focused — leading daily operations, supporting your team, and helping build a robust, positive culture as the centre continues to expand. This role would suit an experienced Centre Leader, Practice Manager, or a Senior Dental Assistant ready to take the next step.
What you'll be doing
Leading the day-to-day operations of a growing dental centre
Coaching, supporting and developing your team
Managing rosters, patient flow, stock and centre presentation
Supporting dentists to ensure smooth and efficient clinical delivery
Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Partnering with your Regional Manager to support centre growth and success
