Description
Your Role:
Reporting to the Embedded Maintenance Team Lead the Operational Maintenance Crew Leader
is required to
lead their
allocated
crew and provide general supervision
.
You will also
have accountability for:
Manag
ing
allocated
team and resources and deliver serviceable
aircraft
on time and within budget
The p
rovi
sion
of
SME advice on availability of approved alternative spare parts and materials and present solutions to enable
aircraft
dispatch
Draft
ing
and present
ing
new or updated instructions to improve safety and efficiency of Part 145 Operations.
Mainta
ining
awareness of customer requirements and present commercially
viable
options
About You:
The ability to obtain and
maintain
an AGSVA security clearance at NV1
CASA/DASA issued B1 licence
DASA KC-30A B1 Licence
/ CASA A330 B1 Licence
(6 months certifying currency in
24-month
period)
Current Human Factors Certificate
Demonstrated understanding of external technical and maintenance support networks.
Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in
aircraft
maintenance supervision
Extensive experience as a transport category
aircraft
maintenance team lead/supervisor in Line or Base maintenance environments.
