Fundd is a modern, fully-remote finance broking firm with a 20-plus-strong team spread across WA, TAS, VIC & QLD. We're big on flexibility, health, and shared adventure; yet serious about delivering great results in home loans, asset finance, personal lending, and commercial/development finance. We meet in person at least once a year for an end-of-year celebration and ongoing training keeps everyone sharp.

? Key Responsibilities
Own the customer experience—answer queries, gather docs, manage expectations
Prepare and lodge applications (home, asset, personal, or business loans)
Liaise with lenders to push files to unconditional approval and settlement
Maintain CRM data and compliance check-lists
Spot process improvements and help refine our playbook
? What You'll Bring
Prior experience in client services, loan processing, or mortgage broking
Confident,
native-level English
communication (phone & written)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High self-discipline—you thrive in a remote set-up
Familiarity with Australian lender policies and NCCP / responsible-lending rules
Bonus points for experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salestrekker, or similar
(A finance/business degree is welcome but not essential.)
? Salary & Incentives
Base
:
$52,000 – $70,000 + Super
Quarterly bonus
: up to 20 % of base for hitting submission targets
Self-introduced loans
: earn 20 % of the upfront commission on any deals you bring in—no strings attached

Proven experience in client services or mortgage broking, preferably in a remote work environment.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is desirable however not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.
High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with the Australian mortgage market and regulations.
