We are seeking an experienced and
results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our
Core Banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
core banking platforms, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and the
ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to deliver high-impact
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational :

Own the vision,
strategy, and roadmap for core banking modules (e.g., deposits, lending,
payments, general ledger, customer onboarding).

Collaborate
with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather and prioritize
business and technical requirements.

Define and
maintain a product roadmap aligned with the organization's digital
transformation and customer experience goals.
·




Lead
cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from ideation
to launch and iteration.
·
Work with core
banking platform vendors to ensure timely and successful feature delivery and
system updates.
·
Ensure products
meet all applicable regulatory and security standards, working closely with
legal, risk, and compliance teams.
·
Champion
customer needs by analyzing feedback, behavior, and data to shape product
decisions.
·
Define KPIs,
track product performance, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
