As our new Presales Technical Specialist, y
ou will play a crucial role in supporting the presales team by driving strategic conversations around Modern Work and acting as an interface between business and technology.
You will i
dentify and develop business opportunities for our Modern Work services, collaborate with Solution Specialists and Account Managers t
o engage with customers, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements.
Key responsibilities will include
Engaging in presales by identifying customer needs, supporting proposition drawing, collaborating with Crayon Cloud Services team to propose and deliver tailored solutions
to customers within the Cloud Adoption Framework
Driving collaboration with the Sales and Delivery team,
supporting sales by identifying opportunities and initiating first conversations with customers
Evaluating cloud migration efforts and guiding customers
in assessing the impact of cloud migration initiatives
S
olution-selling, aligning services to customer needs and delivering value
which includes presenting customised solutions and creating proposals




Developing a strong understanding of cloud computer concepts,
architectures and the technical features of our services
Your Competencies
3 years' experience in presales in a similar role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace security (Defender, Pureview etc.)
Hold at least two of the following certifications: MS-900, SC-900, SC-200, SC-300, MS-102
Bachelor's degree or relevant IT experience
