What You'll Own:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
— job brief to placement — in a high-volume temp nursing environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients
while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
Collaborate with our
Recruitment Resourcers and Admin team
to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients




Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote area
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Experienced in
agency recruitment
(temp/contract desk experience is a huge plus)
