Job Description
Ready to put your barista and kitchen skills to the ultimate test?
Bring your experience, passion, and certifications to our vibrant, family-friendly café at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort - where every shift is a chance to serve up something special!
What You'll Do
Welcome guests with a big smile, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with outstanding customer service
Craft quality coffees - your barista skills will make every cup memorable
Prepare and cook meals, assisting with all aspects of kitchen operations
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly (RSA required)
Maintain a spotless, safe, and hygienic environment in line with food safety standards
Clear and clean tables to keep the café inviting
Attend team meetings and assist with other duties as needed by the Café Manager
Be versatile and available to work shifts across weekdays and weekends
What You'll Bring
Proven barista experience—you know your way around an espresso machine
Food Handling Certificate and demonstrated knowledge of safe food practices
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Experience in meal preparation and cooking in a café, restaurant,



or similar environment
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
Ability to maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming workspace
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across our café's opening hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 7.30am - 2.30pm
Friday & Saturday: 7.30am - 8pm
