Job Description
As a Team Lead, you will be working within a centre of excellence for claims, delivering fair and timely outcomes for members. We are responsible for the end-to-end claims process for the Trustee office, overseeing easy and complex superannuation claims.
We are looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the claims domain within superannuation/insurance




People leadership experience (ideally 2+ years)
A strong customer focus, with demonstrated experience of being in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Good commercial acumen
Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ability to demonstrate resilience and tenacity
Superannuation experience is highly preferred
