We're urgently seeking a experienced Roofing Supervisor to join a well-established, rapidly growing roofing company in Sydney NSW. If you are motivated and skilled Roofer with leadership experience we want to hear from you!
Immediate start for the right candidate
DUTIES
✅ Supervise and manage crews across Sydney projects
✅ Oversee roof tiling and maintenance works
✅ Train, mentor, and support apprentices & junior roofers
✅ Ensure safety and quality standards are met
✅ Liaise with clients and management
- Certificate III in Roof Tiling (or equivalent)
- White Card / Green Card
- Current Driver's Licence (essential)
- 5+ years' roofing experience (supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
