What You'll Be Doing
Create dynamic content for web, intranet, social media
Write and deliver the Team Brief employee newsletter
Collaborate with leaders to highlight City values
Analyse engagement data to improve communications
Support executive communications and events
Uphold brand and writing style guidelines
Monitor feedback and adjust content accordingly
Provide crisis communications support when needed

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement. You'll ideally bring:
Tertiary qualification or experience in communications, PR, or journalism
Proven skills in digital content creation and editing
Exceptional writing for diverse audiences and channels
Ability to analyse data and report on communications effectiveness
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Experience in high-pressure or crisis communications (desirable)
National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
