team in our Fielders business as a
Storeperson
. With a proud history, Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
The storeperson supports our branch operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. In this customer facing role we are looking for someone who wants to learn and is a team player. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.
Working Monday to Friday, this is a permanent full-time role and shift commences at 7am to 3pm.
What Will You Do?
In this role, working with your team, you will receive ongoing training and support to learn to:
safely loading and unloading our products on and off trucks
accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer collection
locating and organising the storage of products
checking picked orders, invoicing and branch transfers
general filing of receipts and invoices
Data entry of customer orders
housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse area
assist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checks
successfully contribute to a safe working environment

Being a reliable and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself,



you will also bring:
a current forklift ticket and experience within a similar environment
a positive attitude and a desire to work in a role that offers career progression
a keen eye for detail and basic computer skills
the ability to work in a fast-paced and workplace
continuous improvement focused and a desire to develop and improve procedures
a commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others
