The Role
We're looking for driven
Sales Representatives
to join the contact centre team, handling warm leads only.
In this role, you'll:
Take inbound and outbound calls with customers who have already shown interest.




Provide tailored insurance solutions that meet customer needs.
Build strong relationships through consultative, customer-first conversations.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to a high-performing team.
Receive ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales and product knowledge.
Who We're Looking For
Experience in sales or customer service (contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar).
Confident communicator with strong active listening skills.
Motivated by targets and excited by earning commission.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
