Artistic Health Team Administrator

We are looking for a Part-Time Artistic Health Team Administrator to provide essential support to The Australian Ballet's world-leading Artistic Health team. In this role, you'll help optimise dancer performance and wellbeing by coordinating daily operations, tracking dancer capacity, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You'll work closely with health professionals, artists, and company staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care and smooth touring arrangements.

Each year the company presents upwards of 220 performances through its main stage seasons in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth; along with public programs, special events, an extensive regional tour, Children's Ballet and Education programs and regular overseas tours.

What you'll be doing:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team
Assist with budgets, plans, touring and travel arrangements
Collaborate with world leading artists and health practitioners
Partner with teams across the organisation to drive improvements and change
What experience you'll need:
High level administrative skills
Flexibility, energy, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Self-motivated,



with both high and low levels of supervision
An eye for process improvement
