We are looking for a skilled
Database Administrator
. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of PostgreSQL databases to ensure their reliability and performance.
Proven experience as a PostgreSQL Database Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database architecture and administration.
Experience with database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with backup and recovery strategies, replication, and high availability setups.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/pgSQL programming.
Knowledge of data modeling and schema design best practices.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL tools and utilities (e.g., pgAdmin, psql).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PostgreSQL Certified Professional) are a plus.
