Your Mission:
Lead a high-performing Buyer's Agent team: train, coach, recruit, inspire.
Join the fastest growing buyer's agency in Australia
Elevate customer experience and operational excellence with data-driven insight.
Integrate seamlessly with internal functions (BAs, analysts, brokers, franchisees).
Drive process improvements and platform adoption to scale effectively
Qualifications
Who You Are:
Proven track record managing and scaling Buyer's Agent teams or similar in real estate, franchise, or financial services.
Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 real estate licence.
Data-driven, commercially astute, adaptable, and a natural leader.




Passionate about building operational excellence and supporting franchisee success.
