Key Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome and greet staff and visitors with a friendly smile
Prepare coffee from start to finish
Adjust and monitor coffee grind daily for the perfect brew
Clean and maintain café equipment and ensure it's working efficiently
Take inventory and manage café supply orders
Bulk coffee preparation for company events
Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
Unpack catered lunches and tidy up afterwards
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Previous barista experience is essential
Energetic, positive, and can-do attitude
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Solid attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering exceptional service

This role is based in our Sydney office, Monday's and Tuesday's 8am - 3pm This role would be ideal for someone on a working holiday visa!
