Job Description
Prepare and present a variety of menu items
with creativity and in line with hotel standards and cost control.
Supervise the kitchen team when Head and Sous Chefs are absent
, delegating duties to ensure service excellence.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and food safety
across your section.
Be familiar and flexible




with the other kitchen sections including breakfast, lunch and dinner
Order necessary foods
as required with Head and Sous Chefs
Qualifications
Previous experience
in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills
, with the ability to supervise and support team members.
Excellent food preparation knowledge
, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and efficiency.
