We're looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our high-performing Portfolio Management team based in Sydney. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic property outcomes for a diverse range of ASX-listed and global clients, across Australia's national industrial markets. Key Responsibilities
Working with the Portfolio Management team to manage the property portfolios of major industrial occupiers




Supporting and negotiating recent leases and renewal of leases across ANZ
Oversee the management, maintenance and reporting of key client data
Establish and maintain regular client meeting cadences
Management of lease lifecycle from commencement through to lease end and make good negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
3+ years' experience in commercial or industrial property or portfolio management
Strong understanding of lease terms and property fundamentals
Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset, with demonstrated capability of effectively communicating with executives and operational teams.
Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver with precision in a deadline-driven setting
Class 2 NSW Real Estate Agents Licence
