BVN is seeking a capable and motivated
Submissions Assistant
to join our
Brand & Communications studio
on a
full-time, 6-month maternity cover contract
, with the potential for extension.
This is a valuable opportunity for a
junior creative
—ideally a student or recent graduate of
graphic design, interior design, architecture, or a related creative discipline
—to develop professional experience in a energetic, design-led environment. You will work closely with a team that plays a key role in securing BVN's pipeline of future work through the visual and written communication of our design intentions, portfolio, and capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you will be confident in working at pace, comfortable with deadlines, and have a keen eye for visual communication. You will be joining a collaborative and dynamic team that plays a vital role in securing a pipeline of future work for BVN's studios.
As Submissions Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support to our Submissions Coordinators across both
graphic and administrative tasks
, helping ensure submissions are delivered with clarity, consistency, and care.
Role responsibilities
Support Submissions Coordinators in the preparation and coordination of submission materials
Assist with document layout and formatting using
Adobe InDesign,
the broader
Adobe Suite
and
PowerPoint.
Maintain and update templates, CVs, project data, image libraries,



and other submission resources
Ensure consistency and accuracy across collateral in line with BVN's brand and tone-of-voice guidelines.
Skills
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient across all Adobe suite
Highly motivated and pro-active
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work autonomously under pressure and to multiple rolling deadlines
