Your Role at MOOMOO AU
As a key player on our Business Development team, you will plan, execute, and optimize in-store and offline marketing events, ensuring every campaign resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
Plan & execute
monthly marketing campaigns and events aligned with the latest market trends and MOOMOO's vision.
Manage budgets
effectively by working with vendors, negotiating quotes, and controlling event expenses.
Collaborate cross-functionally
to prepare marketing materials, design briefs, and copy that align with MOOMOO's brand voice and compliance standards.
Coordinate event logistics
, ensuring inventory, materials, and processes are optimized for flawless delivery.
Generate and report
post-event analytics including attendance, ROI, cost analysis, and other KPIs to inform future strategy.
Handle
petty cash, procurement, and vendor relations
to support smooth event operations.
What We're Looking For
You have a passion for bringing ideas to life with precision and creativity. Ideally, you:
Have




2+ years experience
in event planning, retail marketing, or operations experience in finance or tech industries is a plus.
Are proficient in
budget management, vendor coordination,
and data analysis using Excel.
Excel in
communication and stakeholder management
, thriving both independently and collaboratively.
Have strong
time management
skills with great attention to detail.
Are fluent in
Mandarin and English
; Cantonese abilities are an advantage.
