Cellar Team Leader | Vinpac (McLaren Vale) | Full Time

Vinpac has been providing quality bottling services to a national portfolio of over 500 customers since ****. We specialise in bottling, winemaking, bulk wine storage, laboratory services, warehousing, distribution and packaging supply.
Operating out of three facilities in the iconic Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale wine regions, our passionate team is committed to providing trusted solutions to our customers. About the role
Provide Leadership & support to the cellar team
Raise, process, and finalise Cellar notes using electronic wine management systems as required
Allocate cellar work to team members to ensure work is completed as required
Perform all cellar process as needed - unloading tankers, additions, filtration etc
Mange the rostering of the cellar team members
Ensure that wine onsite is handled in accordance with the established processes and customer expectations
Liaise with other departments as required to ensure all wine meets bottling specifications and schedules
Liaise with customers as required.
Manage the consumable requirements of the cellar
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed
Be willing to work a three week roster with rotating shift times: 7am-3pm, 8am -4pm, 11am-7pm
Have an excellent attendance record
Self-motivated with a great work ethic
Have high personal standards and great attention to detail
Passionate with regard to quality and safety
Able to follow standardised work accurately
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
