Brisbane Powerhouse is seeking part-time Front Desk and Box Office Assistants for approximately ***** hours per week to be the welcoming face of our venue, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage our box office operations.
In this role, you'll embody our brand values while assisting visitors, handling sales across various channels, and troubleshooting technical issues. You'll also respond to patron inquiries and complaints, keep the team updated on policies and procedures, and provide accurate information about our exhibitions, performances, and facilities. Additionally, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth event coordination and report to the Front of House Manager on operational insights.
We need someone who can work flexible hours,



including evenings and weekends and brings exceptional communication skills and experience in front-of-house or box office operations. Strong problem-solving abilities, physical fitness, proficiency in ticketing software, and Microsoft Office are essential. You'll also need First Aid, CPR, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certifications.
