Job Description
Lead the overall operations of the Tours division, ensuring high-quality guest experiences through exceptional service delivery, logistics management, and product development.
Drive the recruitment, training, and development of Indigenous and non-Indigenous tour guides, championing sustainable employment and cultural engagement.
Maintain key stakeholder relationships, including Parks Australia and Traditional Owners,



promoting respectful collaboration and community involvement.
Qualifications
Proven leadership in high-volume tourism operations, ideally in remote or regional Australia, with a passion for Indigenous tourism and cultural interpretation.
Solid commercial acumen with experience in sales, financial planning, and team development.
Driver's license mandatory (LR or MR preferable) and Kakadu knowledge highly regarded;
H endorsement desirable.
