Pathways Education refers to the ongoing development of students to assist them in being well rounded, future-focussed and pathway ready graduates. As such, the Pathways Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that Pathways Education and Pathways Counselling is an ongoing process and involves all students regardless of their age or stage of development. The Pathways Coordinator is required to exercise cutting-edge, creative and purposeful leadership to assist every student in finding their pathway and the opportunities on offer to them.
