Our
Sydney
team is seeking the services of an experienced
Billing Officer
. The successful candidate will be working within a team environment and will report directly to the Billing Team Leader.
The main duties for this role include, but will not be limited to:
Liaising with internal and external customers on a daily basis in relation to their accounts
Ensuring invoices are accurately submitted to clients with agreed time frames.
Handling billing and invoicing issues as they arise
Maintenance of Client database and escalate matters as required
Review and preparation of purchase/work orders and service reports
Provide ad hoc support to Finance & National Accounts team
Continue to review current processes and look for improvements
Get involved in the discussion when customers request for special invoicing requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
3 Years + experience in high performing accounts receivable role (preferably services industry)
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self-Motivation,



ability to work in a team and autonomously
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working on a web based applications i.e. customer portals
