About The Role
Brandt is looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our dynamic Settlements and Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations across the Brandt Group of Companies.
Lead the daily operations of the settlements and rental functions
Hire, train, and supervise team members to ensure strong performance and development
Set team goals and strategies to effectively manage responsibilities and workloads
Complete employee performance reviews and provide regular feedback to foster growth and a positive work culture
Audit whole goods transactions to ensure they meet OEM program requirements and supplier guidelines
Monitor and review account reconciliations related to whole goods invoicing
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

You're highly organized, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace. You bring a solid understanding of accounting principles and have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You'll also bring the following strengths:
