Access Services Group is seeking a motivated and hands-on Yard / Equipment Classifier to join our friendly and experienced team at our Wingfield branch.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday role (7:00am-5:00pm) offering stability, variety and the opportunity to build valuable technical knowledge across our extensive equipment fleet.
Whether you bring warehouse experience or are mechanically minded, we'll provide comprehensive training in machinery classification to set you up for success.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our equipment is well maintained, accurately assessed and ready for hire.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Receiving off-hired equipment, refueling, recording details in our system and inspecting for damage
Moving machinery around the yard and operating access equipment as required
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Cleaning, organising and maintaining the yard and equipment fleet
Assisting across Yard, Paint & Prep and Wash Bay areas as required
Building positive working relationships with customers and team members
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency at all times




You're a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
You'll bring:
Previous warehouse or stores experience, or a strong mechanical aptitude (highly regarded)
Previous classification or access industry experience (desirable, but not essential as training is provided)
EWP and Forklift licenses (desirable)
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Clear verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy, hands-on environment with minimal supervision
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to coaching
Availability to work a minimum 47.5-hour week
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
