About the RoleThis is not your average fish and chip shop.
We have created a Premium Seafood Experience, combining traditional favourites with high-quality ingredients and qualified kitchen standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking fish and chip menu items to a high standard
Working with fresh, premium seafood daily
Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
Managing fryer operations and ensuring food safety standards are met
Supporting kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and stock rotation
Working efficiently during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
Experience in fish & chips, seafood kitchens, or high-volume fry stations
Strong knowledge of seafood handling and cooking techniques




Ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure
A team-focused attitude with strong work ethic
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Reliability and pride in producing quality food
