We are currently experiencing increasing demand across Melbourne and are on the lookout for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to deliver high quality, face-to-face support without the burden of non-billable admin or corporate KPIs.
We offer a genuine partnership. You bring your clinical expertise and passion, and we provide the referrals, systems, and administrative support. You choose your hours, manage your own schedule from home, and select the clients you align with best.
We are also open to EOIs from practitioners in other regional hubs and cities across Australia, including Wollongong, Echuca, Geelong, Albury-Wodonga, and beyond.
The OpportunityWe are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist based in Melbourne to support NDIS participants. We believe the best therapeutic outcomes happen in person, which is why we are looking for practitioners committed to providing face-to-face service in the community, with some Telehealth work available as well. This is a chance to build a rewarding caseload close to home with the backing of a highly supportive administrative team.
Your RoleEmpower Participants:Improve functional independence, and support clients to improve their quality of life through assessments and ongoing therapy.
Deliver Local Impact:Provide highly engaged, face-to-face occupational therapy services to participants across Melbourne in their homes and in the community.
Flexible Report Writing:Complete your written assessments and documentation from the comfort of home, in a time and space that works for you.
Collaborate Broadly:Build strong therapeutic relationships with local families, schools, support coordinators, and broader care teams.
Design Custom Plans:Conduct functional assessments and prepare comprehensive, highly individualised written plans that make a real difference.
Who You AreProfessional Registration:You are a fully registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
NDIS Expertise:You have 1+ years of experience working as an OT within the NDIS framework, with a solid understanding of relevant assessments and report writing.
Community Focused:You value genuine local connection and hands on, face-to-face support.
Reliable & Autonomous:You are organised, self motivated, and can commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week once your caseload is established.
