About the role:
Our client is seekingSpeech Pathologiststo join their growing multidisciplinary team on aFull-Time or Part-Time basis, withContractor opportunities also available.
This is acommunity-based NDIS roleoffering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging frominfants through to seniors. You'll provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant's individual goals and needs.
You'll be supported to gradually build your caseload through a structured ramp-up program, allowing you to establish yourself comfortably while maintaining a manageable workload.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experiencepreferred
Suitable for clinicians fromJunior through to Senior level
Current eligibility for membership withSpeech Pathology Australia
Experience or interest in working within theNDIS/community setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A participant-centred approach with a genuine commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Current Australian working rights
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work
