About the Role
As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll deliver high-quality, client-centred care across a variety of settings. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting community-based consultations in clients' homes and other environments to maximise functional outcomes.
Providing hydrotherapy sessions.
Delivering a small percentage of consultations via telehealth.
Treating a diverse range of clients, with a strong focus on people living with disabilities.
Working with clients across the lifespan, from paediatric to elderly populations.
Providing post-operative rehabilitation and treatment for private clients.
Writing reports for third parties and funding bodies.
Managing your schedule and developing systems that support your productivity.
Collaborating with the team to develop treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.
Supporting the growth and awareness of the physiotherapy service.
Creating educational resources, blogs, and information documents aligned with your areas of interest.
Delivering internal education sessions.
Participating in regular team meetings focused on wellbeing, professional development, goal setting, and continuous improvement.
Contributing to the enhancement of systems and processes.
Assisting clients with equipment recommendations and support where required.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills and can build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Embraces challenges and continuous learning.
Can think creatively and adapt their approach, particularly when engaging children.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Is passionate about delivering person-centred care.
Experience working with people living with disabilities is highly desirable but not essential.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy.
Current AHPRA Registration.
Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one).
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations.
