An opportunity exists for a Nurse with Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs, Central Australia Region.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical services in Community Mental Health as a Nurse Clinical Specialist to Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs, Central Australian Region clients.
The clinician will undertake a Case Management role in a multidisciplinary team utilising prior extensive experience in mental health community settings to conduct a range of assessments and provide therapeutic interventions and education on mental health issues to clients and family members.
The role requires a robust cultural safety framework, a commitment to evidence based practice and experience working as an autonomous practitioner.
