About the Role We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our community-based team, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
With a strong NDIS and disability focus, you'll work directly with clients in their homes, schools and local communities, supporting them to achieve meaningful communication, participation and independence outcomes.
You'll have the flexibility to develop a diverse caseload aligned with your clinical interests and experience across adult and paediatric settings.
Your responsibilities may include: Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders Speech, language and social communication interventions Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC solutions Development, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plans Functional communication assessments Parent, caregiver and stakeholder education Collaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitioners Community, home,
school and other relevant settings Supporting clients to achieve functional goals in their everyday environments About You We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients and continue developing their clinical expertise.
You will have: A degree in Speech Pathology SPA eligibility or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status Strong communication and interpersonal skills Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle Working With Children Check and National Police Check Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Why Join Optimum Health Solutions?
