About the role
You will work on a broad range of matters including family law matters, including property settlement matters; estate planning, including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts; estate administration, including probate and administration matters; and general legal matters as required.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters appropriate to your level of experience while receiving ongoing mentoring and supervision.
Key responsibilities
Work on family law matters, including property settlement matters

Work on estate administration, including probate and administration matters
Handle general legal matters as required
Manage your own matters appropriate to your level of experience
Receive ongoing mentoring and supervision
About you
Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland or eligibility for admission
A genuine interest in family law, property settlements, and succession law
Strong written and verbal communication skills




Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach to learning and professional development
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Approximately 1 year post-admission experience (PAE) will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate
