About the Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients throughout their home-building journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards and professionalism of the Hickinbotham brand.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email,



and face-to-face interactions
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
Provide regular updates on the progress of clients' homes
Manage enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Take ownership of client concerns and resolve issues from start to finish
Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and detailed database notes
Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
