About the role
As a Retail Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and engaging customer service, serving customers and processing sales, restocking and merchandising products, keeping the store clean, organised and looking its best, assisting with opening and closing the store, working as part of a fun and supportive team, and helping create an enjoyable experience for every Sugar Station customer.

About you
Friendly, outgoing and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Confident speaking with customers




Well presented and professional
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Available to work a combination of weekdays, weekends and school/public holidays
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are just as important
