We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to lead commercial landscaping projects from tender stage through to practical completion.
In this dual-function role, you won't deal with departmental silos or broken handovers.
If you price it, you manage it .
You will own the client relationship, control the project budget, direct site supervisors and subcontractors, and take the credit for margin growth and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Construction & Estimating
Tender Management: Review tender documents, conduct site inspections, and identify risks.
Detailed Pricing: Perform exact quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Procurement & Negotiations: Obtain competitive subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Methodology & Scheduling: Develop construction methodologies and project programs.
Tender Submissions: Work alongside the tender writer and participate in client interviews to win profitable work.
