About the role
We are seeking a Qualified Educator to join our passionate team at Sagewood Early Learning in Baldivis, Western Australia.
This full-time role will see you contribute to providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.
What you'll be doing
Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all children
Observing, documenting, and assessing children's learning and development
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community
Collaborating with the wider education team to continuously improve our practices
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field- Diploma or ECT or ACECQA recognised.
Experience working in an early learning or childcare environment
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Creativity and a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality educational programs
A commitment to continuous career development and improvement
A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
