About the Role
We are seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our residential aged care team across permanent full-time, permanent part-time and casual arrangements.
You will provide culturally secure, person-centred care that supports residents' dignity, independence, wellbeing and connection to family, community, Country and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities
Support residents' physical, emotional, social and cultural wellbeing
Follow care plans and report changes in residents' needs
Assist with meals, mobility and maintaining a safe environment
Maintain accurate care records
Work with nurses, families and the broader care team

Skills and Experience
Cert III or above in Individual Support (Aging) or willing to obtain.
An understanding of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
NDIS Yellow card or willing to obtain
Current Police Check or willing to obtain.
First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain
Current Flu Vaccination or willing to obtain
