The opportunity
We are looking for a creative and collaborative Content Producer who can bring complex ideas to life and create engaging learning experiences for healthcare professionals across Australia.
Working as part of our Marketing, Membership & Education team, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to develop high-quality educational content that is practical, relevant and accessible to our members.
Based in either Adelaide or Sydney and reporting to the Education Strategy and Program Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering Miga's education strategy through content that supports healthcare professionals throughout their careers.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Write, edit and develop high-quality learning materials such as presentations, articles, guides and multimedia content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance and quality.
Produce and manage multimedia assets (video, audio, graphics) and ensure brand, accessibility and clinical standards are met.
Support the delivery of education programs, events and webinars, including planning, coordination and content preparation.
Manage and maintain online learning systems, ensuring content is current, tested and optimised for user experience.
Repurpose and adapt content across formats and audiences to maximise reach, engagement and member value.
Track performance metrics and continuously improve content based on feedback,



analytics and outcomes.
About you
Success in this role comes from strong collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
We're seeking someone who brings:
Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media, Content Design/UX Writing or related field.
Proven experience in content production (copywriting, editorial, learning content or multimedia).
Demonstrated skill in simplifying complex topics and writing for professional audiences.
Experience working with SMEs and managing feedback/approvals.
Competence with Microsoft 365 and at least one of: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or video/audio editing tools.
