About the role
As a Cook / Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in a kitchen that operates 7 days a week.
You will work with a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and cooking food
Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding garnishes and sauces
Ensuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared in a timely manner
Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu
Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures




Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation
Assisting with menu changes when required
Kitchen Cleaning and Hygiene duties
