About the role
You'll manage accounts payable and receivable, complete banking reconciliations, process payroll, oversee order processing, handle stock ordering, and support staff across multiple site businesses.
You'll also respond to customer enquiries, maintain customer databases, and ensure data accuracy across the business.
You'll have access to a shared assistant who supports data entry for customer orders and payable invoices, helping you stay focused on higher level tasks.

About you
Experience in AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliation
Solid attention to detail
Confidence liaising with internal teams
Customer service capability
Experience with Zoho (advantageous)
Organised, reliable, and proactive work style
