About the role
DIG HQ is a recent start up and growing plant and equipment hire business servicing the Perth and outer Perth markets, with a focus on dry hire/DYI micro/mini & mid size excavators, skid steers/track loaders, mini dumpers, attachments and associated equipment.
This is a key hands-on role helping grow the business.
This isn't necessarily a traditional management position.
Key responsibilities
Managing and coordinating equipment hires
Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings
Business development and building relationships with contractors and customers
Organising equipment availability, deliveries and collections
Helping maintain the presentation and organisation of the yard and equipment
Identifying new hire opportunities and equipment requirements
Helping develop systems and processes as the business grows
General hands-on assistance where required
About you
Experience in plant and equipment hire, civil construction, earthmoving, machinery sales, hire coordination or similar industries
Previously involved in managing hires,



customers, business development or day-to-day operations
Strong industry knowledge
