About the role
An exciting prospect exists for an experienced and motivated couple or team of two to take on the onsite management of a well-established family-friendly holiday resort on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
This resort is a favourite destination for families.
The successful applicants will be supported by experienced business owners who bring a wealth of industry knowledge and will be on hand to provide guidance and advice throughout the engagement.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and help grow the business
Rebuild and expand a loyal customer base
Manage resort operations and Body Corporate responsibilities
Carry out gardening, maintenance, and minor handyman tasks
Promote the property and drive bookings through marketing and social media
Provide excellent communication and customer service
About you




Resident Letting Agent licence as a minimum requirement (Real Estate Licence preferred)
Proficiency in REI Master and MYOB accounting software
Sound knowledge of Body Corporate operations and legislation
Gardening, maintenance, and willingness to carry out minor handyman tasks
Marketing and social media experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current ABN required
