Based in Kiama, this part-time Facilities Manager role offers genuine ownership of a retail asset across just 10 hours per week.
Reporting into CBRE's Property Management team, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day FM delivery, ensuring the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating at it's best.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate planned preventive maintenance and reactive works across the asset
Manage contractor performance, including procurement, scheduling, and work order oversight
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, essential services, and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate asset registers and building compliance documentation
Liaise with tenants and clients, attending site as required within your 10-hour week
Produce regular reporting and maintain accurate records across CBRE's FM systems
About You
You are an experienced facilities professional who brings hands-on FM delivery knowledge and a proactive approach.




You thrive working independently and know how to keep a portfolio running smoothly without needing constant direction.
Demonstrated FM experience across retail, commercial or mixed-use property
Sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and essential services requirements
Experience managing contractors and subcontractors to clear performance standards
Strong communication skills with confidence managing tenant and client relationships
