About the role
You'll work across all stages of residential builds, from framing through to fix-out and fitting off, as part of a close knit crew that takes pride in the finishes.
We are looking for full-time candidates on wages, no subbies.
Key responsibilities
Framing, cladding, fix-outs and fitting off across high end residential projects
Working safely and efficiently, following SWMS and site safety procedures at all times
Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe for other trades and clients
Reading and working confidently from architectural and engineer's plans
Experience working in high end builds
Communicating clearly with the site supervisor, other tradespeople, and clients
Taking direction well, using initiative, and helping keep the day running smoothly
Supporting and mentoring apprentices on site where needed
About you
Completion of a Carpentry Trade Certificate: fully qualified, not an apprentice with at least 4 years experience




Solid hands on experience across residential construction
Current driver's licence and White Card
Own tools and reliable transport
A reliable, safety conscious attitude and the ability to work autonomously
A team player who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
