About UsPro Rubber is part of the All Rubber Group, a leading provider of specialist rubber lining and industrial services across Western Australia.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an Administration Coordinator to become an integral part of our Pro Rubber team.
This is a varied role that goes well beyond traditional office administration and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the branch administration function while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy industrial business.
About the RoleReporting to the General Manager – Pro Rubber, you'll play a key role in coordinating the administration of the Pro Rubber Branch and supporting its day-to-day operations.
While the branch remains the priority, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader business projects and provide administrative support to key business functions as operational priorities require.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating job orders, work packs and operational documentation.
Providing professional customer service and supporting the day-to-day administration of the branch.
Coordinating purchasing activities, inventory administration and supplier liaison.
Coordinating receivals, dispatch activities and maintaining accurate business records.Preparing correspondence and business documentation.
Providing administrative support for workforce mobilisation, business projects and other strategic initiatives as directed by the General Manager – Pro Rubber or other authorised business leaders.
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and administrative efficiency

You'll be confident working independently, able to prioritise your workload and take pride in delivering work to a high standard.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in an administration or coordination role within an operational, industrial, manufacturing or similar environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
The ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
