What you'll be doing
First point of contact for customer walk-ins, inbound calls and email
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to order and delivery
Quoting, processing orders and following up to keep customers informed every step of the way
Working closely with a small,



supportive sales and warehouse team to get it right, every time
We're looking for someone who:
Takes ownership of every call, email and follow-up — no customer falls through the cracks on your watch
Willing to learn our products, systems and industry, with a supportive team behind you from day one
